Course information
The Project Management Professional (PMP ®) certification is increasingly recognized and required by employers. Attaining this certification requires applicants to pass an exam and to have relevant experience and education. This 5-days course is designed to provide both the required education (40 hours) and a solid preparation for the exam. All these exam preparation materials combine to provide applicants confidence they have the knowledge to successfully sit for the exam.
In addition, will equip you with many tools utilizable long after passing the PMP ® Exam.
Course Methodology
The format of the five-day workshop is a series of detailed lectures followed by discussion and hands-on exercises. Case studies and real-life examples are used to illustrate success and failure
